Based in NYC and reporting to the CFO, this role leads financial planning and strategic decision-making across the company's global operating segments. The SVP serves as a key advisor to the Executive Team, translating corporate strategy into operational plans that drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and long-term value creation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead enterprise-wide FP&A, annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planningPartner with Commercial, Product, and Operations leadership on financial insights, pricing, contract economics, and ROI analysisSupport Board reporting, investor messaging, earnings preparation, and performance reviewsDrive planning discipline, forecasting accuracy, and financial accountability across the organizationEvaluate commercial opportunities, M&A activity, and strategic initiatives through financial modellingBuild and develop a high-performing global FP&A and strategic finance teamDeliver performance insights tied to key business drivers, seasonal trends, and emerging risksExperience & Profile15+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or commercial finance leadershipBackground in high-growth technology, media, or digital business environmentsProven experience leading global finance teams within complex international organizationsStrong understanding of subscription, rights-based, and variable revenue modelsExperience with Board reporting and investor-facing activities in a public or PE-backed companyAdvanced financial modelling, systems, and data analysis skillsWhat's OfferedCompetitive salary, health insurance, flexible/remote working options, skills training, and a range of social and wellbeing benefits.
