Account Services Administrator (On-site)

We operate with integrity, consistency, and respect, and we value teamwork, accountability, and professionalism in everything we do.Overdrive Logistics is seeking a qualified and motivated Account Services Administrator to support customer load processes and day-to-day account management activities. This is an hourly, nonexempt position that plays a significant role in maintaining strong customer relationships, accurate processing, and effective internal communication.The Account Services Administrator serves as a primary point of contact for assigned customers and works closely with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while representing the company in a professional, service-oriented manner.Essential Duties and Responsibilities·        Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers, shippers, and receivers·        Collaborate with internal team members to support daily operations and customer satisfaction·        Coordinate with Customer and Carrier Sales representatives regarding operational and billing needs·        Communicate load updates and changes to the Traffic and Dispatch teams in a timely manner·        Maintain accurate customer profiles and document customer requirements·        Receive and enter customer loads accurately into McLeod LMS·        Schedule and reschedule pickup and delivery appointments as needed·        Communicate with customers regarding detention and accessorial charges when applicable·        Assist customers with resolution of overage, shortage, and damage claims·        Participate in a team-based work environment focused on accuracy and service·        Provide feedback to management regarding process improvements·        Perform additional duties as assignedQualifications and Experience·        Associate’s degree preferred·        Minimum of two years of customer service experience required·        Transportation or logistics experience preferred but not required·        Strong written and verbal communication skills·        High attention to detail with strong organizational skills·        Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines·        Proficiency with computer-based systems and data entry·        Typing speed of at least 45 words per minutePhysical and Work Requirements·        Ability to work seated at a computer for the duration of the shift·        Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English·        Ability to perform repetitive tasks including keyboarding and data entryWork Environment and CultureOverdrive Logistics promotes a professional and collaborative work environment.
