Build and manage a high-value sales pipeline, with clear targets for conversion, monthly bookings, and margin contribution. Conduct continuous market intelligence on drilling/completions activity, chemical usage trends (demulsifiers, scale inhibitors, friction reducers, breakers, etc.), and competitor positioning. Execute field-driven sales strategy—regular on-site visits, yard meetings, and technical discussions with decision-makers to accelerate deal closures. Identify customer pain points (cost, performance, supply reliability) and position tailored chemical solutions from the portfolio to win business. Own end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting → technical discussions → pricing strategy → negotiation → onboarding → order execution. Lead commercial negotiations with a strong focus on pricing discipline, volume commitments, and margin optimization. Generate and manage Proforma Invoices, quotes, and contracts, ensuring fast turnaround to maintain deal momentum. Relentlessly follow up for Purchase Orders and payments, ensuring minimal sales cycle time and strong cash flow discipline. Coordinate with operations/logistics to ensure ready stock availability in Midland and immediate dispatch post-payment. Drive local inventory sales by leveraging warehouse stock to reduce lead times and outperform competitors. Ensure rapid turnaround on samples, track field performance, and convert trials into commercial orders quickly. Maintain strict control of all customer inquiries, quotes, and deal stages—no opportunity left unattended. Work cross-functionally to remove bottlenecks impacting order closures, deliveries, or customer onboarding. Build long-term relationships while consistently upselling and cross-selling across the product portfolio. Stay in constant communication with customers to secure repeat business, increase share of wallet, and lock in contracts.
