This is a high-intent, fast-track role designed for ambitious recent graduates who want to build a real career in professional sales, marketing, leadership and business operations.Philadelphia is our flagship market and currently the fastest-scaling office in the company. We tripled in size this quarter and expect to be operating in ten markets by the end of Q1. The person we hire will be trained directly by our directors and positioned to grow alongside this expansion.Ideal degrees include Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, Entrepreneurship or related fields, but we will also consider high-performing graduates from other majors who demonstrate strong communication skills, leadership potential and a hunger to grow. Candidates must be fully fluent in English and ready to start immediately in the Philadelphia area.You will train through a structured three-part syllabus:• Corporate sales and marketing• Leadership and team management• Business and operational managementProgression through each stage is based on ability, professionalism, performance and coachability.
