We are looking for a dependable General Laborer to assist our technicians on cleaning, mitigation, and restoration jobs. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning new skills, and being part of a growing team.No prior cleaning or restoration experience is required—we will train the right candidate.ResponsibilitiesAssist technicians on water, fire, and mold mitigation jobsPerform general cleaning tasks (carpet cleaning, contents cleaning, post-construction cleaning, etc.)Help set up and break down equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, vacuums, hoses, etc.)Perform light demolition and debris removal when requiredLoad, unload, and organize tools and equipmentMaintain a clean and safe job siteFollow safety procedures and company standardsProvide professional, respectful service to customersQualificationsReliable, punctual, and strong work ethicAbility to perform physical labor (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, bending, working in various conditions)Comfortable working in residential and commercial environmentsWillingness to learn new skills and follow instructionsValid driver's license and reliable transportation preferredBackground in construction, cleaning, or restoration is a plus, but not requiredMajor Plus if you have any of the followingCleaning experience - carpet, Upholstery, floor, tile & grout, or air duct, etc.Reconstruction experience - drywall, painting, carpentry, etc.Restoration experience - mold remediation, water restoration, etc.What We OfferCompetitive hourly pay based on experiencePaid training and opportunity to learn the restoration industryOpportunities for advancement into technician or lead rolesConsistent work with overtime opportunitiesSupportive, team-oriented work environmentCommissionScheduleMonday–Friday with occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call workEmergency response availability is a plus Company DescriptionOur mission is to make life easier for those responsible for creating inviting, healthy spaces where people live, work, and do business.Company DescriptionOur mission is to make life easier for those responsible for creating inviting, healthy spaces where people live, work, and do business.
