Unarmed Security Officer – Residential Condominiums Company: PSI Security and Investigations Locations: 1700 NE 191 Street, Miami, FL 33179 Position Type: Unarmed Security Officer – Residential Condominium PSI Security and Investigations is currently hiring Unarmed Security Officers for a residential condominium community. This position requires a professional, reliable officer with strong customer service and gatehouse skills and the ability to maintain a secure and welcoming environment for residents and guests. Available Schedules Schedule #1 Sunday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Wednesday - Saturday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Monday - Tuesday: OFF Schedule #2 Sunday - Tuesday: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Friday - Saturday: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Wednesday - Thursday: OFF Schedule #3 Sunday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Monday - Tuesday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Wednesday - Thursday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Friday - Saturday: OFF Responsibilities Control access to the residential property (Gatehouse) Monitor and patrol common areas Enforce property rules and procedures Provide customer service to residents and guests Report incidents accurately and professionally Requirements Valid Florida Class D Security License (required) Must speak and read English fluently (bilingual is a plus) Gatehouse Experience Reliable transportation Ability to stand and foot patrol for extended periods Strong communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and demeanor Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Language: English (Required) License/Certification: Class D (Required) Work Location: In person
