Transportation & Warehouse Operations Coordinator

Overview We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support both our transportation and warehouse operations. This role is a key part of our day-to-day execution and involves creating transportation orders, communicating with drivers, and entering inbound and outbound orders into our Warehouse Management System. This position requires someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities at once, and communicates clearly with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers. Key Responsibilities Transportation Operations Create and manage transportation orders in the TMS Dispatch and communicate with drivers via phone, text, and messaging apps Confirm pickup and delivery details, including locations, timing, and requirements Track loads and update shipment statuses Address day-to-day issues and escalate when needed Warehouse Operations Enter inbound and outbound orders into the WMS accurately and on time Coordinate closely with warehouse staff on receiving, picking, and shipping Verify order details such as item numbers, quantities, and dates Assist with order-related and inventory questions General Operations Communicate with customers and internal teams as needed Maintain accurate records and operational documentation Support daily operational flow and help prevent issues before they arise What We’re Looking For Experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, or dispatch preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with strong organizational and communication skills.
