Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Project Estimator located in New York, NY. The Project Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate project estimations, managing budgets, analyzing costs, and creating financial models to support proposals. The role involves close collaboration with project teams, communicating with clients, and providing detailed reporting on project estimations throughout the construction phases. QualificationsExpertise in Construction Estimating, Project Estimation, and Cost Management Proficiency in Budgeting and financial analysis for construction projects Strong Communication skills to engage with clients and coordinate with project teams Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines Proficiency in relevant estimation software is a plus Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
