Guided by a strong, positive culture, we strive to create an environment where our teams thrive and guests feel welcomed, valued, and eager to return.The Audrey Restaurant & Bar offers an elevated dining experience with thoughtfully crafted seasonal dishes, expertly mixed cocktails, and a warm, stylish atmosphere perfect for both intimate dinners and lively gatherings.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily opening and closing procedures, including coordinating staff arrival and pre-shift briefings to align on service goals, specials, and roles, and verifying that POS, cash handling, and reporting are completed accurately and securely.Coordinate communication between front and back of house to support efficient service and consistent standardsHire, train, schedule, and supervise FOH staff while providing feedback, coaching, and motivationEnforce compliance with sanitation, health, and safety regulations, upholding the restaurant's image and high-quality standardsWelcome guests, manage reservations, address concerns, and ensure a memorable experience; oversee seating and floor operations for efficiencyPromote a positive, professional culture through clear communication, teamwork, and recognition of staff achievementsTrack FOH inventory and order supplies to prevent shortages and control costsMonitor labor, scheduling, and productivity to optimize team performance Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 2 years of restaurant experience in a related leadership or supervisory role.Food Handler Card and TABC Certification required, or ability to obtain within a specified timeframeSkilled at creating memorable experiences, handling guest complaints, and ensuring high satisfaction.Demonstrated ability to manage servers, hosts, bartenders, and floor staff in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of labor management, scheduling, and cost control to meet budget and profitability goals.Familiarity with restaurant operating systems, including Toast, R365, Triple Seat, Open Table, and standard Microsoft Office tools.
