Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Generalist located in Lenexa, KS. The HR Generalist will manage day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, maintaining compliance with labor regulations, and supporting employee development initiatives. Other responsibilities include assisting in HR policy implementation, maintaining records, and fostering a positive work environment to support organizational goals. Qualifications Experience with Recruitment and Onboarding processesProficiency in managing Employee Relations and resolving workplace concernsKnowledge of HR Compliance, regulations, and employment lawsProficiency in standard HR software and toolsStrong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsAbility to work collaboratively and maintain confidentialityBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferredPrior experience in an HR role is an advantage
