Logistics Supervisor

Location: Everett, WATitle: Logistics SupervisorDuration: Contract to HirePay Rate: $35-$55/hr W2Logistics Supervisor (Contract-to-Hire)We are looking for a Logistics Supervisor to lead a team while remaining hands-on in daily operations within a regulated manufacturing environment. This is a working supervisor role that will focus on improving processes, implementing cross-training, and ensuring efficient, compliant flow of materials across the organization.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of 5 employees across shipping, receiving, and logistics operationsAct as a working supervisor, spending approximately 50% of time on the floor and 50% on coordination and planningImplement cross-training across packaging, receiving, shipping, and international shipping functionsOversee inventory management and ensure accuracy within ERP systemsPartner with assembly and repair teams to support movement of products through the lifecycleEnsure all logistics processes align with regulatory, quality, and documentation standardsCommunicate with internal departments to align priorities and resolve operational issuesMonitor workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and team effectivenessRequirementsAt least 1 year of supervisory or team lead experienceBackground in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations within a regulated environmentExperience with ERP systems (required)Strong Excel skills; Power BI is a plusExperience with inventory management and supply chain processesStrong communication skills and ability to lead by example in a hands-on roleAdditional Details6-month contract-to-hire2-round interview processBenefits packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
