The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the office runs smoothly by performing a variety of clerical, administrative, and customer service tasks. Prior legal experience is a plus, but not required.Key Responsibilities:Oversee clerical tasks, including sorting and sending mail and other communications in a timely and professional mannerRespond to requests and resolve office-related malfunctions efficientlyMaintain inventory of office supplies and reorder as necessaryMaintain and organize physical and digital filesGreet and assist visitors upon arrival at the officeEnsure smooth and effective daily office operationsProvide general administrative support, including updating and sorting files, drafting and proofreading correspondencePosition RequirementsRequirements:Strong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesStrong customer service skills and a friendly demeanorAnalytical and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred1-3 years of relevant experience in an office setting, ideally in an administrative or clerical rolePrior legal experience is a plus but not mandatoryExempt/Non-ExemptNon-ExemptFull-Time/Part-TimeFull-TimeLocationBrock & Scott, PLLC - King of PrussiaShift-not applicable-
