Job DescriptionPersonal Lines Account ManagerJob SummarySeeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse book of business, maintaining strong relationships with clients, producers, and insurance carriers, and providing exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with extensive knowledge of personal lines insurance and a commitment to excellence.Compensation PackageCompetitive salary: $70,000 - $80,000 annuallyComprehensive benefits package, including 401(k)Flexible hybrid work schedule (2 days in-office, 3 days remote)Company-provided equipment for remote workResponsibilitiesRenewal Processing: Oversee the entire renewal process, including incidental marketing of accounts, preparation for marketing, annual review summaries, and presentation/proposal preparation.Policy Checking: Review and verify the accuracy of insurance policies upon receipt from carriers.Client and Carrier Meetings: Participate in meetings with clients and carriers as needed to maintain strong relationships and address service issues.Claims Liaison: Act as a liaison between clients and claims service consultants to ensure efficient claims handling.Client Support: Provide expert guidance on insurance coverages and address client inquiries, ensuring the agency is protected from potential Errors & Omissions (E&O) exposure.Data Management: Maintain accurate client data in the agency management system and ensure all follow-up procedures and deadlines are met.Special Projects: Contribute to additional projects and research as assigned by management.Qualifications/RequirementsExperience: 3-5 years of Personal Lines Insurance Agency experience with a solid understanding of personal lines insurance.Licensing: Active Georgia Agents Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is highly preferred.Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening, patience, empathy, and the ability to build and maintain relationships. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.Professional Attributes: Independent judgment, extensive insurance coverage knowledge, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to take initiative.
