Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted drinks. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling with precision Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to alcohol serving regulations and policies Assist with food service when needed, including serving snacks or small plates in a nightclub or banquet setting Support catering events or large parties by coordinating beverage service smoothly and efficiently Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service without compromising quality Keep detailed records of sales, inventory levels, and incident reports as required Skills Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments; prior retail math or food industry experience is a plus Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry and cash handling Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol serving regulations Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and inventory management Experience with food handling, catering setups, or banquet service is desirable Familiarity with brewing processes or hospitality industry standards enhances your versatility in this role Join us if you’re passionate about creating lively atmospheres where guests feel special!
