Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process._**How you'll make an impact in this role**+ Manage the full clinical journey for patients undergoing complex cardiac procedures, from initial physical and psychological assessment to the precise execution of discharge planning.+ Lead the administration of conscious sedation and hemodynamic monitoring, acting as the primary advocate for patient safety and stability throughout the interventional process.+ Coordinate real-time communication with physicians and the surgical team, providing critical status updates that ensure seamless, well-informed decision-making during high-stakes procedures.+ Execute evidence-based nursing interventions and patient education, ensuring that both the patient and their family are culturally and clinically prepared for recovery and long-term heart health.+ Optimize the procedural environment by expertly preparing specialized equipment and sterile supplies, ensuring the team is fully equipped for every diagnostic and therapeutic intervention.**What minimum requirements you'll need**Licensure / Certification / Registration:+ Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.+ BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
