Analyst I / II
TITLE: Analyst I/II TYPE: Contract LOCATION: King of Prussia, PA ONSITE/REMOTE/HYBRID: Hybrid, on-site 2x's per week START DATE: April 2026 We are seeking an Analyst I / II to support a team focused on enhancing interconnection processes, tools, and overall operational performance. This role partners closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to provide analytical, administrative, and process support. The position offers growth opportunities, with responsibilities scaling based on experience and level. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain accurate and organized records, including both electronic and physical documentationPerform administrative and coordination tasks using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookSupport engineering teams with data analysis, project tracking, and financial documentationFulfill requests for data, reporting, and performance metricsAssist in updating and maintaining web-based resources related to planning and interconnection activitiesProvide support for interconnection workflows, including database updates, study tracking, and contract processingBuild and maintain strong working relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholdersServe as an initial point of contact for customer inquiries related to interconnection processes and associated topicsManage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining a high level of organization and customer focusProcess new service requests and related agreements in accordance with required timelinesPrepare and submit internal documentation such as purchase requisitions and payment requests following established proceduresIdentify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancements in tools and workflows QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in a similar analytical or administrative support roleProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointEffective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teamsExperience performing both quantitative and qualitative analysisStrong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate, high-quality workFamiliarity with energy market operations, planning processes, or interconnection procedures is preferredExperience working with industry committees or cross-functional working groups is idealExperience using SAP or similar enterprise systems is preferred EOE STATEMENT We are an equal opportunity employer.
