We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor who thrives in a technology-driven facility and enjoys the challenge of managing customized, value-added service workflows.If you are a leader who balances technical precision with operational grit, this is the role for you.What You'll DoDrive Precision Operations: Supervise daily workflows for device configuration, imaging, kitting, and staging, ensuring every order meets client-specific technical standards.Lead & Develop: Manage and mentor a high-performing warehouse team, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.Optimize Systems: Maintain 100% inventory integrity using WMS and ERP platforms (NetSuite/OrderTime) and leverage data to identify throughput bottlenecks.Execute SLAs: Plan labor and resources to meet fluctuating demands while maintaining strict adherence to client Service Level Agreements.Continuous Improvement: Document SOPs and implement process improvements (Lean/Six Sigma) to maximize efficiency and minimize error rates.Collaborate: Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure operations are perfectly aligned with our "customer-first" mission.What We're Looking ForExperience: 5+ years of leadership in a high-touch or value-add logistics environment (experience with tech kitting or device staging is a major plus).Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in WMS/ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and familiarity with barcode/RF scanning. NetSuite or OrderTime are specifically preferred.Hardware Knowledge: Comfort with barcode/RF scanning technologies and hardware-related software.Mobility Tech (Bonus): Familiarity with MDM platforms is a significant advantage given the company's focus on mobile device lifecycles.Data Literacy: Ability to generate and interpret reports/dashboards to monitor KPIs like error rates, units processed, and throughput.Process Improvement: Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma principles to eliminate waste and optimize workflows.High Sense of Urgency: A "customer-first" mindset with the ability to meet strict SLA deadlines.Communication: Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Technical, and Customer Success teams.Education: High School Diploma or GED required; a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business is strongly preferred.Physical Ability: Capability to stand for long periods and lift heavy assets/packages as needed (typically up to 50–75 lbs).J-18808-Ljbffr
