This pivotal role demands a visionary leader with a proven track record in digital transformation, regulatory compliance, and technology innovation within a financial consulting environment. The CIO will be tasked with overseeing technology operations, optimizing IT processes, and leading a global IT team to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Applicants for the CIO position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree desired) and have at least 10-15 years of technology leadership experience in the relevant sectors. The role requires a deep understanding of retirement consulting, financial planning, and life insurance brokerage technologies, as well as experience with global financial systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic thinking, business acumen, and familiarity with advanced analytics, AI/ML, and emerging technologies. Critical competencies include the ability to manage an IT control environment, lead digital and data transformation programs, and demonstrate success in a matrixed organization.
