Technical Program Manager

I'm working with an American data analytics company, looking to add a Technical Program Manager to support their team! Location: Raleigh, NC - hybridContract Duration: 6 month contract with high potential to convertPay Rate: $45/hr Key Responsibilities:Assist the Product Owner with backlog creation, prioritization, and refinementPartner directly with the Program Manager, Technical Lead, and Product Manager to identify risks, issues, and mitigation strategiesLead daily Scrum ceremonies and Agile team activitiesProvide senior leadership with Agile metrics including productivity trends, sprint health, and backlog burndownFacilitate sprint retrospectives, maintain retrospective action items, and ensure follow-throughCapture and share lessons learned, innovations, and delivery successes across the organizationBuild positive team dynamics and maintain healthy, productive collaboration across teamsQuickly identify and resolve project dependencies and blockers with cross-functional stakeholders Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of functional knowledge and experience with the application development lifecycle, or equivalent experience with 3–5+ years as a Technical Program or Project ManagerExperience managing the end-to-end lifecycle of complex technical programsExpertise in problem solving and analyzing global-scale distributed systems and critical production environmentsHands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, VersionOne, or similar platformsGeneral knowledge of DevOps capabilities including CI/CD, automated testing, and release practicesStrong understanding of software development, QA, and system deployment processesInterested?
