Prep Cook

Searching for a seasoned power prep cook. Should have excellent knife skills, sanitation knowledge, and restaurant experience. Includes some dish duty and daily opening/closing cleaning procedures, receiving deliveries, maintaining equipment, etc. Neat & organized work station is a must! Needs to be a self-starter and a team player.
