Global Monetization Strategy Associate
The Monetization Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics and financial modeling, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early-stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.We're looking for a strategic thinker and data-driven problem solver to join our Monetization Strategy & Operations team. In this role, you'll work closely with Sales and other cross-functional partners to shape monetization strategies, uncover growth opportunities, and turn insights into action across global markets.The Monetization Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic initiatives forward. * Partner with Sales and other business stakeholders to co-develop and refine monetization strategies
* Conduct deep-dive research, and generate clear, data-backed reports and strategic recommendations to support key decisions by senior leadership
* Stay on top of industry trends and competitors in the media tech industry to deliver in-depth market research on external landscape
* Proactively identify business challenges and pain points; work cross-functionally with international teams to design and implement scalable, actionable solutionsMinimum Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or analytics and research-related roles
* Strong structured thinking and problem-solving skills; able to break down complex problems, drive research projects, generate insights and build clear narratives
* Proven project and stakeholder management skills; comfortable coordinating cross-functional and cross-border teams
* Proficient in Excel and SQL, with strong analytical capabilities and a track record of turning data into actionable insights
* Fluency in written and spoken Chinese is needed to manage and support stakeholders in China marketPreferred Qualifications:
* Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and passionate about driving business impacts in fast-paced, high-growth environments
* Experience working directly with senior business leaders or executives
* Familiarity with digital advertising and/or international market dynamics
