Their stamping processes utilize both progressive and tandem dies, specializing in deep draw, aluminum, ultra high strength steel (UHSS) and complex stamping dies.RESPONSIBILITIES:Designing progressive, transfer and line diesInteracting with customers regarding design reviews and follow-upProviding technical support to machining/tryout/build throughout the die manufacturing processMaintaining documentation records of complete die designCreating process layouts for part dataDevelop trim lines/ morph surfaces/troubleshootQUALIFICATIONS:7-10 years tool design experienceSolid background in metal stamping, an assetSkills in 3D design and Solid ModellingAutoForm experience, an assetProE/Creo 7.0 experience requiredNX experience, an assetAbility to train juniors in designAbility to work independently Our goal is to attract talented and motivated individuals who possess the desire to excel in their field to join our client.
