The Company recently closed its latest opportunistic fund, marking a key milestone for the company.We are seeking a TRANSACTIONS PARALEGAL who plays a critical role in supporting the General Counsel and legal team by managing the intricacies of real estate and corporate transactions. This role involves the coordination and management of document preparation, due diligence, closing processes, and post-closing activities, to name a few key responsibilities.
