Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Technician located in Avenel, NJ. The Maintenance Technician will perform regular equipment maintenance, troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions, and conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of industrial machinery. The role involves executing maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring the efficiency and safety of production equipment, and collaborating with the team to minimize downtime. Qualifications Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair tasksStrong Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issuesExperience in performing Preventive Maintenance to ensure equipment reliabilityKnowledge of Industrial Maintenance and systemsBasic understanding of safety protocols and standardsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in a food manufacturing or industrial setting is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is an advantage
