This role focuses on maintaining and supporting critical applications in a production environment, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability.You will partner closely with engineering, infrastructure, and business teams to proactively identify issues, improve system resiliency, and drive automation across the application lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesApplication Support & OperationsProvide L2/L3 production support for enterprise applicationsTroubleshoot and resolve technical incidents, outages, and performance issuesParticipate in incident management and root cause analysis (RCA)Reliability Engineering (SRE)Define and implement SLIs, SLOs, and SLAsDesign solutions for high availability, fault tolerance, and resiliencyImprove system observability, monitoring, and alerting capabilitiesRelease & Deployment SupportCollaborate with release teams to ensure smooth production deploymentsValidate operational readiness before major releasesSupport deployment validation and post-release monitoringMonitoring & ObservabilityBuild and optimize monitoring and alerting frameworksLeverage tools (e.g., Grafana or similar) for real-time insightsUse AI/ML-based analytics for anomaly detection and proactive issue identificationAutomation & EfficiencyDevelop automation scripts and tools to:Reduce manual workImprove recovery timesEnable self-healing systemsImplement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code practicesPerformance & ScalabilityConduct capacity planning and performance tuningEnsure systems scale effectively under high workload conditionsRisk & Operational ReadinessIdentify and mitigate operational and technical risksSupport disaster recovery planning and testingEnsure systems meet security and compliance standardsContinuous ImprovementDefine and track KPIs and reliability metricsDrive ongoing improvements in system performance and stabilityCollaboration & CultureWork across engineering, DevOps, and business teamsPromote best practices in SRE, automation, and operational excellenceMentor team members and support knowledge sharingRequired Qualifications8+ years of experience in application support, DevOps, or SRE rolesStrong experience with:Production support and incident managementMonitoring and observability toolsCI/CD pipelines and automation frameworksProficiency in one or more programming languages:Python, Java, Go, or similarExperience with:Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Containerized or hybrid environmentsStrong understanding of:Performance tuningSystem reliability and scalabilityExcellent communication and collaboration skillsDexian stands at the forefront of Talent + Technology solutions with a presence spanning more than 70 locations worldwide and a team exceeding 10,000 professionals.
