Full Time Key Holder

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail management team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive work environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, leading a team of sales associates, and supporting the overall success of the store. Responsibilities: - Manage store inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and ensuring accurate stock levels. - Assist in the development of sales strategies, and implement effective sales techniques to drive revenue growth. - Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer needs, negotiating prices, and resolving customer complaints. - Supervise and lead a team of sales associates, including training and mentoring new hires, conducting performance evaluations, and addressing employee issues. - Oversee store appearance, including maintaining a clean and organized store, and implementing visual merchandising strategies. - Assist in the buying process, including identifying trends, negotiating prices, and selecting merchandise for the store. - Manage time effectively to meet sales targets, maintain store operations, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. - Collaborate with the store manager to set and achieve sales goals, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. - Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve sales performance and inventory management. Qualifications: - Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a similar retail environment. - Strong sales and negotiation skills. - Excellent customer service skills. - Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. - Strong organizational and leadership skills. - Proficiency in basic math calculations. - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. - Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
