Network Integration Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Integration Engineer to support the deployment, integration, testing, and validation of advanced 4G/5G and Private Wireless Network solutions. This position plays a critical role in delivering high-quality network implementations, upgrades, migrations, and expansions across enterprise and industrial environments.The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in network integration, troubleshooting, automation, and end-to-end testing, with hands-on experience in Ericsson technologies, Private 5G networks, and cloud-based infrastructure. This role requires analytical thinking, technical leadership, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and operational readiness.Key ResponsibilitiesNetwork Integration & DeploymentAnalyze network designs, topologies, and customer requirements to define integration strategies, test plans, and acceptance criteria.Execute integration activities for new deployments, software upgrades, migrations, expansions, and feature activations.Configure and validate network nodes across RAN, Core, Transport, and Cloud network domains.Support implementation, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities during deployment phases.Provide technical support during stabilization, warranty, and early-life support periods.Testing & VerificationDesign and execute integration, regression, functional, and performance test cases.Conduct end-to-end testing across network components, management platforms, devices, and applications.Validate latency, throughput, reliability, coverage, mobility, and Quality of Service (QoS) requirements.Analyze test data, identify issues, and perform root cause analysis for integration defects.Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.Automation & Continuous ImprovementDevelop and maintain automation scripts to streamline integration and testing activities.Leverage Python, Shell scripting, and testing frameworks to automate repetitive tasks.Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated validation processes.Support continuous improvements in methodologies, tools, and implementation procedures.Documentation & CollaborationCreate and maintain Methods of Procedure (MoPs), test reports, implementation guidelines, and acceptance documentation.Collaborate with Solution Architects, RF Engineers, Project Managers, Operations teams, and customers.Ensure compliance with network security standards and best practices.Participate in knowledge sharing and contribute to technical documentation and process enhancements.
