RMF offers a balanced benefits package that centers on a stable and professional working environment which includes above standard health and dental insurance, paid holidays, paid vacation, and 401K plan.Description:RMF Engineering, Inc is currently seeking an Electrical Design Engineer in our South Carolina office.Responsibilities:Power distribution, including riser diagrams and panel schedulesLighting design, including fixture selection and controlsLow-voltage systems including fire alarm, security and controlsCalculate loads, fault current, and voltage dropPerforming field surveys and construction phase supportRequirementsRequired Qualifications:0-5 Years design experience with electrical systemsBS in Electrical Engineering degree from an accredited college or universityAbility to travel domestically and internationally will be requiredProfessional registration or ability to obtain professional registrationExperience with power system modeling and analysis using SKM is a major plusAbility to provide own local transportation to the office and local project sitesAbility to obtain necessary government security clearances may be requiredPreferred Qualifications:Experience in Revit and AutoCAD PE registration Higher Ed and Healthcare design experienceExperience in power distribution and low-voltage systemsKnowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) and standard industry design practicesStrong teamwork, communications, and client relationship skillsAbility to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environmentBenefitsExcellent work environmentWork from home WednesdaysTraining and professional developmentCompetitive salaryOutstanding health & dental insuranceExceptional 401K retirement planPaid holidays and vacation
