Job Description:Family Medicine opening in OhioFull timeWheelersburg, OhAbout the PositionProvide comprehensive outpatient primary care servicesSee approximately 20–25 patients per dayPerform in-office procedures such as injections, ear irrigation, breathing treatments, and minor skin proceduresManage acute care needs and support walk-in lab patientsParticipate in antibiotic stewardship initiativesWork in a patient-centered environment with flexibility to accommodate same-day needsOpportunity to grow and expand the practice Schedule & Practice DetailsOffice hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Friday 8:00 AM – 12:00 PMCall schedule: approximately 1:50 weekdays and 1:50 weekendsOnsite access to lab, imaging (CT, MRI, ultrasound), and pharmacy servicesMix of scheduled appointments and walk-in services Compensation & Benefits2-year contract with competitive compensation and bonus incentives (up to 10% of salary)Sign-on bonus: up to 15% of base salary (max $100,000), forgiven over 2–4 yearsResidency stipend: up to $25,000 with service commitmentMedical school loan repayment: up to $200,000 ($25,000/year)29 days PTO plus additional 5 days based on productivityCME: 5 days PTO and up to $5,000 annuallyMoving expense reimbursement up to $10,000Malpractice coverage ($2M/$6M claims-made)Health insurance with low employee premium Retirement & Financial Benefits403(b) retirement plan with employer match (up to 2% of base salary)457(b) deferred compensation plan (no employer match) Additional TermsNon-compete clause: 70-mile radius for 2 years or liquidated damages equivalent to one year salary
