Care Managers, and Transition of Care NursesConduct biweekly supervision, coaching, mentorship, and annual performance evaluationsCoordinate nursing staffing, scheduling, and coverage across all health centersFacilitate nursing leadership meetings and site huddles that promote alignment and accountabilityServe as the senior clinical resource for complex patient care and urgent clinical decisionsEnsure Quality, Safety & Regulatory ExcellenceServe as EBCAP's Infection Control Officer and lead the organization-wide infection control programPartner with Risk Management on incident review, root cause analysis, and corrective action planningLead audits and readiness efforts for Title X, 340B, CLIA, and other regulatory programsOversee medication and vaccine management, including ordering, storage, cold chain, and administrationDevelop, maintain, and implement clinical policies, protocols, and standing orders in collaboration with the Medical DirectorRun Strong, Efficient Nursing OperationsOversee nursing operations across primary care, behavioral health, and integrated care settingsEnsure consistent execution of immunization, sterilization, and medication protocolsProvide clinical leadership for new and expanding programs, including school-linked and integrated behavioral health initiativesCollaborate with quality, billing, and IT teams to improve EHR documentation and clinical workflowsBuild and Invest in Your PeopleCreate a culture where nurses feel supported, accountable, and empowered to growStandardize onboarding, competencies, training materials, and continuing education pathwaysEnsure compliance with licensure, certifications, and mandatory training requirementsPartner with People Operations on recruitment, retention, recognition, and workforce developmentQualificationsEssential QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) requiredMaster's Degree or equivalent director-level experience strongly preferredActive Rhode Island RN license in good standingValid driver's license and reliable transportationExperience712 years of progressive nursing experienceAt least 5 years in community health, primary care, or behavioral health settingsMinimum of 3 years in nursing leadership or supervisionDemonstrated experience with infection control, quality programs, and regulatory complianceYour StrengthsClinical Leadership
