Goldberg, CEO/FounderA Operations Project Coordinator is the liaison between Operation and Show Services for the specific assigned events and shows. They assure that their assigned events and shows leave the warehouse complete and the equipment is labeled and packaged correctly while working with the Account Executives, Technical Services Directors, Equipment Logistics, Operation Discipline Managers and the Floor Manager to provide the client the best product possible.Duties would include, but not limited to:Work as a team leader to achieve show requirements and event success for our clients.Request, Obtain, Review, and implement event paperwork, schedules, orders, transfers, and other similar documentation.Assist Supervisor with event paperwork and team schedulingMaintain and lead communication channels with operations and sales team.Maintain inventory and communicate all damage or inventory concerns to supervisors.Conduct regular inventories including cycle and consumable counts.Be safety conscious.Promote safety with all team members and in every situation.Build relationships with the convention center teams.Assist sales team to build client relationships during events.Minimum qualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent1-3 years Audio/Visual experience preferred1-3 years Project Management experience preferredForklift and man lift certification preferredWe are looking for passionate individuals who are inspired to go the extra mile while cultivating professional relationships with colleagues and clients and are innovative to provide the best service in the Audiovisual market.
