Treasury Quantitative Analyst

Treasury Quantitative AnalystUnited Community is seeking a highly analytical Treasury Quantitative Analyst to support enterprise-wide risk management and treasury analytics initiatives. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining quantitative models and analytical tools that support balance sheet management, interest rate risk, stress testing, and customer behavior modeling. The Treasury Quantitative Analyst will apply advanced quantitative methods to solve complex, often undefined problems and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders across the Bank.What You'll DoAssist in maintaining and developing quantitative models, including Interest Rate Risk (IRR), Asset Liability Management (ALM), Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), customer behavior modeling, and stress testingEngage in model validation activities and produce comprehensive model validation reportsApply innovative and scientific quantitative approaches to analyze complex business problems, draw conclusions, and make data-driven recommendationsTranslate analytical findings into clear communication materials for peer review and executive management presentationsApply advanced analytical knowledge to collaborate with cross-functional teams, understand complex business objectives, and influence solution strategiesPrepare detailed balance sheet analysis to support treasury and risk management initiativesRequirements For SuccessBachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field; Master's degree preferredExperience in quantitative analysis within a discipline relevant to programming, statistical analysis, and mathematicsProficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and MS SQL ServerStrong focus on service, quality, and timely delivery, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlinesDemonstrated creativity and problem-solving skills to develop effective solutions under time constraintsExcellent time management, organizational, and attention-to-detail skillsPositive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and think outside the boxStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage audiences at multiple levels of the BankWillingness to participate in all required compliance training, including Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering (BSA/AML), as well as internal and external training programs, meetings, and seminarsConditions of EmploymentMust pass a background and credit check.This is a full-time, non-remote position.FLSA: ExemptReady to take your career to the next level?
