What we do starts with our people.We are part of the Hearst Corporation, the world's leading media, entertainment, and content company, which gives us access to the most valuable data and insights, talent and audiences.Your ImpactThe Manager provides day-to-day SEO leadership for advanced/large clients, broadens overall engagements with cross-channel knowledge, and can lead more junior owned media personnel on enterprise-level clients. The Manager participates in new business pitches and helps shape the company's SEO product offering. This is a full-time role and requires 2 days per week in the office.What you'll doResponsible for client owned media strategyPrimary point of contact to present strategies to clientsLeads owned media engagements for large size and complex clientsFacilitates upsell and cross sell opportunities with clientsParticipates in new business pitchesMentors junior team members in all owned media topicsLeads the creation of new practices and creation of deliverables based on industry trendsAttends and presents at industry conferences and eventsCreates client success case studiesCreates industry POVsEarns high overall client satisfaction scoresWho you areMinimum 4 years' experience working in SEOAdvanced knowledge of common industry tools & platformsExpert proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)Strong written and verbal communication skillsClear and concise communication styleStrong mathematical, analytical and writing skillsMust be able to compare data and analyze tactics to maximize resultsFundamental understanding of HTMLExperience with CSS, JavaScript and web design technologies is a plusThe estimated salary range for this position in Chicago is between $77,000 and $90,000. For NewYork City, the estimated salary range for this position is between $85,000 and $100,000. The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences.
