Division Order Analyst (Oklahoma City)
Job SummaryEckard Enterprises, LLC is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Division Order Analyst. This role will primarily focus on the revenue and JIB functions associated with internal division order administration. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, capable of managing a substantial volume of internal division order pay decks, and able to effectively integrate as a key contributor within the Division Order team. This position requires strong analytical skills, ownership verification expertise, and the ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain internal revenue and JIB pay decksReview and validate ownership decimals provided by operatorsAnalyze title reports and title opinions to determine accurate ownershipCreate and maintain internal pay decks involving a large number of interest ownersMonitor, track, and update revenue suspense accountsCoordinate with Land team members to resolve ownership discrepanciesEnsure proper application of internal pay codes and manage transfers of interestSupport management with special projects and additional assignments as neededSkills and ExperienceMinimum of three years of Division Order experiencePrior Land experience preferredStrong working knowledge of revenue and JIB deck administrationAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly ExcelStrong analytical capabilities and complex problem-solving skillsExceptional attention to detailCollaborative team-oriented mindsetLocation Requirement:Candidates must reside in the greater OKC area or be willing to relocate, as this is an in-house position.
