Rather than a traditional sales role, this position focuses on educating employers, identifying gaps in protection, and delivering tailored strategies that enhance employee well-being, retention, and overall workplace value.You will develop and manage your own pipeline, build lasting partnerships, and guide businesses through solutions aligned with their goals—while continuing to support both employers and employees beyond the initial implementation.A key part of this opportunity is the strong support structure behind you.
