Junior Associate Attorney

Innovative Driven is currently seeking a Litigation Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join our Transportation, Construction, and Premises Liability & Negligent Security Litigation practice groups in our Dunwoody office.This is a fulltime and onsite position at the firms office in Dunwoody, Georgia.RESPONSIBILITIES:Draft pleadings, respond to and issue discovery, prepare motions and supporting memos, conduct legal research, and manage document productions.Take and defend depositions; prepare and maintain privilege logs.Manage cases from inception through trial preparation and completion.Draft pleadings, respond to and issue discovery, draft motions and supporting memoranda.Conduct legal researchTake and defend depositionsHandle a broad range of civil litigation matters, including insurance defense, construction, product defects, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, general liability, and other tort claims.REQUIREMENTS:Member of Georgia bar or eligible for Georgia bar membershipJD from accredited law school2-5+ years of civil litigation experience
