Director, Solutions & TechnologyLocation: Herndon, VA (Hybrid)Securitas Critical Infrastructure Services (SCIS) is seeking a technically inclined and strategically minded Director, Solutions & Technology, to lead our Integrated Guarding technology growth strategy. This is a high-impact, client-facing leadership role at the intersection of security engineering, business development, and operational innovation- serving clients in defense, aerospace, nuclear, and other highly regulated industries.What You'll Do:Security Engineering & Solution ArchitectureDesign and architect integrated security solutions including access control, CCTV, video analytics, remote monitoring, intrusion detection, and alarm systemsDevelop infrastructure topologies, statements of work, and technical documentation using Visio and mapping platformsProvide technical oversight on RFP responses, proposals, and solution qualification effortsResearch emerging technologies and lead pilot programs and innovation initiativesStrategic Leadership & Client SolutionsLead the company's Integrated Guarding conversion and technology expansion strategyServe as the primary technical and strategic liaison for client engagements and innovation initiativesEstablish performance metrics, forecasting methodologies, and ROI indicators for growth and retentionManage subcontract and supplier relationships; serve as Project Manager as neededBusiness Development & SalesAct as senior technical advisor during client and prospect engagements and presentationsPartner with the EVP and Business Development Managers to identify and develop technology opportunitiesDevelop proposals, manage pipeline activity, and support bid responses and RFP strategyBasic Qualifications:US citizenship preferred At least 18 years of ageMust be able to acquire and maintain the required level of DoD Security ClearanceWillingness to travel up to 40%Must successfully complete pre-employment screening including background investigation and drug screenWhat We're Looking For:Minimum 5 years of leadership, client solutions, or integrated security experience within the security industryStrong background in security systems design, architecture, and integrated technology solutionsDemonstrated success in client-facing technical engagements and strategic solution developmentThorough command of integrated security technologies: access control, CCTV, video analytics, remote monitoring, intrusion detection, and alarm systemsProficiency with Visio, mapping tools, and technical design documentationFamiliarity with UL2050 security criteria and relevant standards for defense, intelligence, and nuclear environmentsProject management and cross-functional collaboration experience preferredWhat We Offer:Competitive Benefits (executive level medical/dental/vision/HSA/FSA)401k + matchMotor Vehicle AllowanceBonus eligible Paid time off (holidays/sick/vacation)Educational OpportunitiesEmployee DiscountsWhy SCIS?At Securitas Critical Infrastructure Services, we protect what matters most — critical national assets, secure facilities, and the people who depend on them.
