This is a full-time opportunity for individuals who are passionate about craftsmanship, teamwork, and delivering high-quality results in the field.Key Responsibilities:Install a variety of sign types, including illuminated and non-illuminated signage such as pylon, pole, monument, channel letters, ADA and interior lobby signageOperate with minimal supervision while upholding quality standards and meeting deadlinesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all timesInteract courteously and professionally with clients, contractors, suppliers and team membersAdhere to all safety protocols and proceduresProvide excellent customer service throughout the installation processRequirementsPreferred QualificationsValid Driver's License (CDL Class A or B preferred or willingness to obtain)Knowledge of basic and advanced electrical safety practicesPhysical ability to lift up to 45 lbs. and work at varying heightsStrong hand-eye coordination and general physical staminaFamiliarity with construction hardware and hand/power toolsAbility to read and interpret installation drawings and site plansFlexibility to work outside standard business hours and travel as neededPrior experience in sign installation or a related field is highly desirableWillingness to cross-train in other areas of the businessOSHA 10 or 30 Certification (or willingness to obtain)Strong team player with a positive, professional attitudeWhy Join Us?Competitive pay and benefitsOpportunities for advancement and trainingWork with a passionate and experienced teamBe part of projects that shape environments across the countryJoin L&H Companies and help build something lasting.
