Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst

This role is responsible for overseeing complex remits, coordinating billing and adjustments, resolving discrepancies, and supporting high-priority or special-handling client accounts. The ideal candidate demonstrates initiative, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.                Job Responsibilities: Prepare, review, and process client remits and billings with a high level of accuracyIndependently manage complex or special-handling client accounts, including discrepancy resolutionCreate, audit, and submit invoices to client portals and invoice-trackingAnalyze payment activity, research posting issues, and coordinate corrections with internal teamsPrepare and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial and activity reportsServe as a point of contact for sales representatives and clients regarding payments, adjustments, and billing inquiries​​​​Exercise sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive financial informationAssist in process improvements by identifying trends, inefficiencies, or recurring issuesSupport training or mentoring of junior team members as neededCommunicate professionally and effectively across departments and with external partnerSkills & Experience RequirementsJob Requirements: 3–5+ years of Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable experienceDemonstrated experience handling complex billing, remits, and discrepancy resolutionStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applicationsExperience with accounting systemsExperience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM a plusAdvanced attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy under deadlinesStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize, multitask, and work independently with minimal supervisionProven ability to de-escalate adverse or sensitive situations professionallyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsTeam-oriented mindset with the confidence to take ownership of assignedaccountsCompensation and Benefits:Full benefit package with health, dental, vision, life and disability coverage optionsSalary Range 55K - 65KGenerous paid time off policy and 9 paid holidays 401(k) plan with company matching and immediate vesting We look forward to you joining the team! We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
