Role Description We are seeking a dedicated full-time Building Engineer to join our team in Denver, CO. This on-site role involves maintaining building systems and ensuring operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include performing routine and preventive maintenance tasks, addressing maintenance and repair issues, and coordinating facility management operations. The Building Engineer will work closely with team members and tenants to uphold the functionality, safety, and appeal of our properties. Qualifications Experience in Building Maintenance and Facility Management (FM)Knowledge of Plumbing and Preventive Maintenance practicesSkills in general Maintenance & Repair of building systemsStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailAbility to work independently and demonstrate effective time managementExcellent interpersonal and communication skills for tenant and team interactionsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plusPrevious experience in real estate or property management is beneficial
