Complete monthly/weekly/daily customer arrival delivery targets (shipping scheduling, in-transit tracking, customer delivery) on time and with high quality, including transportation and customs clearance related issues in the import international shipping section and domestic section;2. Logistics budget and cost management, and achieve monthly/annual logistics cost saving targets;3. Manage and promote logistics suppliers to continuously improve their service level.Preferred QualificationsBachelor degree or above, major in logistics/supply chain/international trade/English/business administration, CET-4 or above.At least 8 years relevant experience, familiar with international and domestic transportation processes and market information;Team management experience.Strong communication, coordination, learning, independent thinking ability and sense of responsibility;Understand the overall system logic and process of ERP, WMS and TMS, be familiar with the supply chain system, understand ISO9001/OSHA14000/SOX audit requirements, and be familiar with risk identification, PCPD and LEAN.Working experience in manufacturing enterprises, multinational companies or listed enterprises is preferred, project management experience is preferred, dangerous goods transportation experience, and familiarity with dangerous goods transportation laws and regulations is preferred.Good oral and written English skillsWork Environment & Physical RequirementsRegular, predictable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.Ability to move throughout offices, manufacturing facilities, and construction areas, including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs or ladders.Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25–50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting as required, with or without reasonable accommodation.Ability to work in varied environments, including offices, industrial, and construction settings.Willingness to travel to other job sites as business needs require.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position, in accordance with applicable law.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.401(k) retirement plan with company match.Paid time off and company holidays.Professional development and growth opportunities.Equal Employment OpportunityCATK is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
