We are always on the look-out for employees who have a strong work ethic and who seek to excel in their position. Specifically, we are looking for workers over the age of 18 for our closing shifts (4pm - 10pm weeknights). We recognize those who excel in their roles, and we offer numerous opportunities for advancement as the company expands. In addition, all non-management employees have the opportunity to earn tips, which are paid out on your paycheck. Tips are calculated and awarded according to the number of total hours worked, and it's very possible to add up to and over $1.00 per hour to your current pay rate. The Crew Member delivers over the top guest experience while working in a variety of roles within the restaurant. Whether they are making the dough or helping our customers at the front counter, they are focused on hot and ready food, and creating happy guests. We serve Hispanic communities in many of our locations, and though it's not required, bilingual skills in English/Spanish would be a plus. Requirements: Authorized to work in the United States 16 years or older Friendly Fun Hard working Dependable Respectful Conversational English is a must, but bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Must present a valid (not expired) photo ID, as well as an original social security card (no copies) or a birth certificate; OR a valid (not expired) passport only Possess basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide; can you count to 40?)
