Energy Storage Sales Manager & Director
Conduct in-depth market research and analysis for designated overseas regions across utility‑scale, C&I, and residential energy storage segments. Identify market trends, competitive landscapes, and proactively acquire new clients and strategic partners while systematically managing and evaluating ongoing customer relationships.End-to-End Sales ManagementGenerate leads through industry exhibitions, online channels, and direct outreach. Uncover customer needs, develop tailored technical solutions and commercial proposals, lead contract negotiations, and drive the full sales cycle from initial engagement to payment collection—ensuring sales targets and receivables goals are met.Manage contract negotiation, signing, and execution. Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, supply chain, project management) to ensure smooth project delivery. Establish long‑term communication mechanisms with clients to provide excellent after‑sales service.Brand Promotion
Act as a brand ambassador by actively promoting the company’s products and technological strengths at local industry events and in the regional market, enhancing brand visibility and influence.Qualifications✅ Bachelor’s degreeor above in international trade, marketing, engineering, or a related field.English proficiency at a working levelis required; additional language skills are a plus.✅ Minimum 2 years of overseas sales experiencein the new energy sector (PV, energy storage, etc.). Solid understanding of key technologies including battery cells, BMS, PCS, and system integration.Proven customer resources or successful project casesare essential.✅ Strong capabilitiesin market analysis, commercial negotiation, and relationship management. Ability to independently complete the entire sales process from market research to contract signing.✅ Highly self‑motivatedwith a strong sense of ownership and goal orientation. Able to perform under pressure and deliver consistent results.✅ Quick learnerwith excellent cross‑cultural communication and coordination skills.
