This role requires strong stakeholder management, strategic planning, and execution skills to ensure successful project delivery aligned with client expectations and business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project management for enterprise client engagements, from initiation through delivery and closureDefine project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocationAct as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationship managementCoordinate cross-functional teams, including digital marketing and creative, marketing automation, QA, and business stakeholdersIdentify risks and issues proactively; develop mitigation and contingency plansEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budgetTrack project performance using appropriate tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid)Prepare and present regular status reports, dashboards, and executive updatesManage change requests and ensure alignment with contractual obligationsDrive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and client satisfactionRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field5+ years of experience in project management, preferably with enterprise clientsProven experience managing large-scale, complex projects in a fast-paced environmentStrong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred)Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritiesExperience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana, or similar)Preferred QualificationsPMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certificationExperience in IT services, digital transformation, or consulting environmentsFamiliarity with enterprise-level systems and integrationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsKey CompetenciesLeadership and team coordinationClient-centric mindsetStrategic thinking and decision-makingRisk management and conflict resolutionTime management and organizational skillsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based incentivesOpportunities for professional growth and certification supportCollaborative and innovative work environmentExposure to high-impact enterprise projects
