Business Analyst - Payment DomainLocation: Alpharetta, GAFull TimeThis role combines agile leadership with traditional project management to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of data migration from legacy systems to modern platforms.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agile methodologies, data migration strategies, stakeholder management, and cross-functional team coordination.Key Responsibilities: Scrum Master Responsibilities: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies. Coach the team on Agile principles and practices to ensure continuous improvement. Remove impediments and foster a collaborative team environment. Track and report sprint progress, velocity, and other Agile metrics.Ensure alignment between product owners, development teams, and stakeholders. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, and communication plans. Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to leadership.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; certifications like CSM, PMI-ACP, or PMP are a plus.Preferred Qualifications: Experience in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare) with data governance requirements.Familiarity with data quality, cleansing, and validation techniques. Ability to manage hybrid teams across geographies and time zones.
