Job Description & RequirementsHematology - Oncology PhysicianStartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Regular 8;On Call Pay Rate: $322.04 - $348.60 This facility is seeking a Hematology-Oncology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.Details and requirements for this opportunity:Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm and call one week per monthSetting: Inpatient and OutpatientTypes of Cases: 100% adult 100% clinic; 40% hematology 60% oncologyCredentialing Timeframe: 30 days from completed credentialing packetRequirements: Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology and Active California license,must have inpatient activity log for last 2 years for hospital privilegesElectronic Medical Record (EMR): MeditechFacility LocationThe largest West Coast city on the Pacific north of San Francisco, Eureka is a beautiful city located on the picturesque Humboldt Bay.
