Accounts Payable Specialist

Job DescriptionMajor Responsibilities/Activities: Set up vendors and subcontractors into our system. Statement review and invoice processing. Paying vendors, subcontractors, expense reports, and any project related expenses. Process AIA documents from subcontractors and enter them into our system. Receive and process lien waivers. Credit card reconciliation Collect and process overhead expenses Manage/ issue Change Orders to sub-contractors Manage vendor W-9’s and certificate of insurance Assist CFO on tasks as needed% Time: No travel requiredMinimum Requirements: 3-5 years of A/P experience, preferred High School Diploma QuickBooks (Enterprise Contractor) experience Knowledgeable with AIA documents, building and construction is a plus. Be versed in Microsoft Office products. Must be attentive to detail and have good organizational skills. Possess good verbal and communication skills with a positive attitude. Ability to schedule, multitask and coordinate many projects at a time. Be a good problem solver.
