LPHA Needed (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)

Job Description Comcare Support Center is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) to serve as our Clinical Team Lead, providing leadership, clinical oversight, and high‐quality behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and adults. We are a mission‐driven, trauma‐informed behavioral health agency committed to excellence, compassion, and expanding access to care. We're looking for a strong clinician who can lead with integrity, support staff development, and help grow our programs and community impact. Accepted Licenses: LPC, LPC‐S, LCSW, LCSW‐SLocation: Texas (must hold an active Texas license) Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Assessments — Conduct mental health evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and treatment recommendations.Team Leadership — Lead, mentor, and clinically support a team of QMHPs, case managers, and skills trainers.Supervision & Oversight — Provide clinical supervision, including evening and weekend supervision and documentation review.Policy & Quality Improvement — Strengthen clinical policies, ensure compliance, and support continuous quality improvement.Community Networking — Build referral relationships with schools, hospitals, shelters, and community agencies.Program Development — Support service expansion and clinical program enhancement.
