In this role, you will focus on benign hematology care, managing sick visits and follow-up appointments, along with some solid tumor follow-up visits, allowing for strong continuity and relationship-based care. You will work closely with physicians in a supportive, team-oriented setting that values thoughtful clinical assessment and patient engagement. This opportunity is well suited for an APP who enjoys an outpatient practice setting and building long-term connections with patients through ongoing management and follow-up care.
