Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an OSP (Outside Plant) Inspector located in Montgomery, TX. The OSP Inspector will be responsible for inspecting outside plant construction installations to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards. Daily tasks include overseeing contractors, documenting progress and adherence to quality, identifying and reporting deviations or issues, and collaborating with project managers to ensure timely delivery. The role also requires safety monitoring and maintaining detailed project records. Qualifications Experience with Outside Plant Inspection and understanding of construction practicesKnowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control processesExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in reporting, documentation, and working with spreadsheets or project management softwareAttention to detail and the ability to work effectively with contractors and project teamsValid driver's license and ability to work on-site for the duration of projectsPrior experience in construction or telecommunications projects is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are advantageous
